Are you ready to truly feel, express, and release? Join Eve Ahearn, Kaimirimiri (Māori bodywork practitioner) and owner of Maea Wellness, for a transformative online workshop exploring the whakapapa of emotions.
Eve's path to becoming a Kaimirimiri began with her own healing. She once found emotions overwhelming, bottling up anger until it erupted and rarely allowing herself to cry. "I understand what it means to deny your feelings because it feels like too much". Through her mahi of Mirimiri/Romiromi (Traditional Māori Bodywork) and Whitiwhitikorero (support and advice). Eve supports others reconnect deeply with their tinana (body), gently process their trauma, and powerfully reclaim their mana (power, prestige, authority), so they feel safe to feel, to express, and to release their body from the tension of holding it all in.
